My approach weaves together mindfulness-based practices with psychological understanding. I work with the whole person - mind, body, and the deeper patterns shaped by your unique life experiences. Together, we'll explore how long-held thoughts and beliefs were formed, and gently develop new, more helpful ways of responding to life's challenges. This isn't about fixing what's "broken" - it's about creating space for awareness, compassion, and meaningful change.
